At Twinkle Toews Designs, we pour our heart into creating unique, handmade, and custom pieces for you. Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products and the small scale of our business, our return policy is outlined below. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you if there’s an issue with your order.

1. General Return & Exchange Policy

All sales at Twinkle Toews Designs are generally final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was an error in craftsmanship on our part, we are committed to finding a fair resolution.

2. Eligibility for Resolution (Damaged, Defective, or Our Error)

To be eligible for a resolution (e.g., repair, replacement, or store credit), the item must be:

  • Damaged during shipping.
  • Defective in craftsmanship.
  • The result of a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect design or personalization not matching your approved request).
  • In its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Timeframe for Contact

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your item qualifies for a resolution under this policy. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-Made Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a confirmed defect or an error in craftsmanship on our part.
  • Items not in their original condition, used, or damaged due to reasons not attributable to our error or manufacturing defect.
  • Items for which you have not contacted us within the 7-day timeframe.

5. How to Initiate a Resolution Request

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@twinkletoews.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and include clear photographs of the defect or damage.
  3. We will review your request and may ask for additional information.
  4. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the item to us.

6. Return Shipping for Approved Resolutions

If a return is required for an approved resolution (e.g., for inspection of a defect), we will provide you with instructions. We will cover the shipping costs for items returned due to our error or a confirmed defect.

7. Refunds & Resolutions

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your resolution request.
  • If approved, we will process the agreed-upon resolution, which may include a repair, replacement of the item, or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. Cash refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
