My studio in Kelowna, BC, isn’t just a room, it’s my sanctuary.  It’s a space filled with the comforting whir of the sewing machines, the vibrant hues of threads, and the soft rustle of fabrics waiting to be transformed.

My journey with needle and thread began about 12 years ago with quilting.  I was immediately captivated by the intricate process of piecing together fabrics after carefully choosing the correct shades and patterns.  The soothing voice of YouTube star, Jennifer Doan’s ,from Missouri Star Quilting made it easy to learn and hone my skills.   

Over time, my creative interests expanded, leading me to the enchanting world of embroidery.  It is almost like painting with threads.  The demand for custom clothing orders has been an exciting development.  The process of collaborating with clients, understanding their vision, and then bringing that vision to life through carefully chosen stitches is a constant source of inspiration.

To say I love sewing -would be an understatement!  I find ironing, cutting, and sewing to be so rewarding. It is always exciting to challenge myself to new patterns, new ideas!
