Twinkle Toews Designs specializes in handmade and custom-designed products, as detailed in our shop listings. We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but please note that due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Twinkle Toews Designs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Custom Orders

For custom-made orders, we will communicate closely with you regarding design, materials, and estimated completion timelines. 4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Area: We offer shipping within Canada only.
• Shipping Costs: Free shipping is provided for orders over $150 CAD. For orders under $150 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• Processing Time: Please allow [e.g., 3-5 business days] for standard orders to be processed before shipment. Custom orders may require longer processing times, which will be communicated during the order process.
• Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once an item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, and the risk of loss passes to you.
